房地产市场即将达到一个供需的动态平衡,此时供需双方都在观望,供方一旦把持不住,就会出现大量抛售的情况,此时供需的动态平衡被打破,此时有房在手的某些投资人从需方转为供方,而需方则继续等待.此时供需比例继续加大!泡末破灭!
